Job Profile: 

Arrangement of manpower (30-35 people).

Take layer process audit at start & end of shift.

Discussing about quality issues among the operators. 

Responsible for cycle time, mold change over time, production & rejection target.

Monitoring raw material arrangement according to planning 

Mold, process setup during the shift to control rejection.

Give shop floor training to the operators.

Startup & shutdown of mold, machine and product.

Arrange basic document required according to ISO-TS16949.

Attend communication meeting during any internal & external quality issues.

Follow 5s, kaizen & safety activities.  

Key Skill

Know about Engineering Plastics and there processing defects.

Capable to read Engineering drawing of both machine & tools.

Good knowledge of microprocessor controlled hydraulic IMMs of Engel, Ergotech (L&T),Ferromatic Maxima from 60T to 450T.

Good processing idea about Engg Plastic like BMC, PMMA, PP, PC, ABS, PPT20% of different grades.

Basic knowledge about fixture arrangement to pick-up part.

Basic idea about tool assembly.

Ability to work with team and implement Kaizen.

Able to solve basic maintenance problems of IMMs.
