Mould trial and preparing process parameter.

Rejection analysis and action to reduce it.

Responsible to reduce the production down time.

Ensure the timely production of all orders.

Maintained the proper ?utilization of raw materials.

Motivating work to mainten the quality standards and achieves the production target.

Reporting to production manager and Operation manager about shop floor details.

Responsible for the ISO documentation and 5?S.

Handling capacity of the ASB-50MB (injection stretch blow moulding machine).

Responsible for the House keeping ?and manpower management .
