Job Profile: 

Prepare Layout Inspection report of all new development products.

Prepare of PPAP Documents for new models and update for running production as per customer requirement & process requirement.

To implement & monitor Kaizen , quality circle  activity  as well as collect data and provide training to our associates

Responsible for ISO/TS 16949-2009 Documentation.

SPC study of different parts as per plan. 

Responsible for new Product launching till pilot lot supply.

Ensuring proper calibration of all tools, instruments and gauges.

Responsible for Product and Process audit on shop floor as per plan.

Ensures calibration and trouble free operation of testing and measuring equipment.

Monitor and Initiate Corrective Action, Preventive Action and Root Cause Analysis against in house rejection/customer complaint/customer return in consultation with section head and follow-up for its effectiveness.
