Job Profile: 

Responsible to ensure the 100% ok material dispatch at customer end.

Responsible to reduce In House Rejection PPM.

Responsible for Inhouse Calibration & Out Sourced Calibration.

Responsible for maintaining the all quality documents such as (Quality Inspection Standard, Quality Alerts ) etc.

Responsible for maintaining the PPAP documents Such As SPC, MSA, PFMEA etc.

Responsible for handling the customer complaints and making countermeasure as per customer requirements.

Responsible for  Lay Out Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit. 



Measuring & Testing Equipment Knowledge

Profile Projector, Glow Wire testing Machine, Hardness tester, Melt flow index apparatus (MFI) and Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge Bore gauge etc.



Training Program Attended 

Successfully completed the internal training on PPAP documentation given by VCSIL Bhiwadi.
