Undertake preventive maintenance work schedule & procedure and maintain all relevant written records.

Responsible maintenance of  mechanical, hydraulic pneumatic electronic system, electrical .

Maintaining & arranging spare parts of, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical electronic for maintenance purpose.

Working on injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, machines maintain a good condition.

Attending breakdown of molding machines.

Maintain written record of all breakdown & repair allowing for analysis machines.

Preventive maintenance monthly plan on servo valve , proportional pressure control valve, proportional flow control valve, prefilled valve, solenoid valve, single acting cylinder, double acting cylinders, check valve, pressure relief valves.

Carry out higher level fault finding & diagnosis of machinery & equipment breakdowns, on mechanical & electrical hydraulic & electronic basis with a focus on providing high level of service and response times.

Monthly Preventive maintenance of mixing mill, kneader, Banbary & Barwell.

Monthly Preventive maintenance of plastic injection machines.

A small knowledge in boiler. 

A project work in auto weighing of carbon system , oil system ,chemical system ,polymer system .
