Paint Shop:

Responsible for paint shop activity & break down. Maintenance of PU Paint Shop ?by Following Annual Maintenance Plan & Acc. To Check Sheet.

Maintenance of Conveyor.

Painting booths, Dry off Oven and Paint Bake Oven, Pre-treatment line, controlled by PLC & VFD'S.

Air supply unit, exhaust unit.?

WRS(water recirculation system) and Jig stripping plant.



Utility:

RO Plant.

Compressors (Kaser make)

Moulding Shop:?

Maintenance of Molding Machine (JSW,Toshiba, Electronica)

Hydraulic And Electrical Machine



Documentation:

Undertake preventive maintenance of the above machinery and equipment?s.

Assess and arrange manpower for the preventive maintenance activities.

Maintain inventory of spares and consumables for planned maintenance.

Daily monitoring of electricity, fuel and chemical consumption.

To make the dynamic check sheets of preventive & Daily/weekly maintenance & updating of the same by looking on the major problems of the month.

Responsible for prepare daily breakdown reports.?

Responsible for Planning of preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsible to attend the m/c break downs Elect, Mech. & Hyd.
