Study the Feasibility Tool Design, Mould Flow, Time plan &giving approval to start Tooling Activity.

RFQ for New Tool Development & modification.

Conduct trials and follow up with the reports to ensure corrective actions if required.

Conducting T0 Trials & submitting to Engineering & QA Dept. for Gap, Fit, Finish, and Dimensional & Aesthetical Approval.

Determine Gap and Flush Specifications.

Taking trials and follow up with customers for approval of components.
