Job Profile: 

Good communication of internal quality audit (I Q A) audit.

Controlling raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, petroleum store, engineering store, wastage yard on FIFO bases.

Contributing in monitoring optimum inventory.

Material stored proper place.

Knowledge of JSA, PPE, BIN CARD, HEERA and POKE-YOKE in our wok area.

Stock reconciliation physical vs. system stock.

To check the physical stock time to time.

Preparing MIS report and send to MLT Head.

To make GRN, MRN, RGP, NRGP, rejection note/short material report, weighting the vehicle etc.

Make Internal order and make Invoice In tally ERP 9.

Book the purchase on tally ERP 9.

To prepare daily, weekly, monthly report

Planning, communication and follow up with production and purchase department about requirements.

Keeping up to date record of material issued, received and balance in the stock as per ledger.

Maintaining and updating the way bill and vendor list.

Maintaining efficient and effective material handling system.

Attend many training programs like as fire, safety, first aid, Qcc.
