Responsible for Material requirement planning & Capacity planning, scheduling and monitoring.

Man power Planning & controlling, minimize manpower wherever possible.

Preparing Reports in E-MIS Like Prod. & Planning.

Daily follow up the stock level of RM, PM, SFG & FG.

Preparing Down time Report & take preventive action to minimize downtime.

Daily Reporting to superiors on productivity and efficiency (MIS)

Controlling rejection percentage by analyzing root cause.

Improvement activities for resource optimization.

Work experience with ISO-9000/2008& HACCP Tools.

Close monitoring of assembling operations.
