Job Profile: 

Shift & man power handling.

Daily Production Reporting.

Working with ISO 9001:2008

Sampling plan for testing as per quality plan according to customer needs.

Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance plan and checklists.

Maintaining Health, Safety & Environment condition& records.

Calibration of measuring equipment and instrument as on schedule.

Taking the entire working plan on the basis of PDCA (Plan do check act.).

To check FG (Finished Good)quality and give batch clearance.

TO ensure new product trial & mold validation.

To check the physical dimensions of Product and filling the report.

Hourly on line inspection of the products.

PDI (Pre dispatch Inspection).

TO make mold change report after testing of product.

Making COA & inwards.

Plastic part color comparison with Master sample.

FMEA (failure mode effect analysis).

Working with in process all the team members on the basis of Kaizen.

Work according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in Organization.

To give training to Q.C inspector as well as m/c operator on quality system and product quality.

To maintain in  C.A.P.A (Corrective action & Preventive action)
