This seat consists of Backrest reclining, Parrelogram type suspension (Mechanical), Fore & Aft Slider Adjustment ,fool proofing system of for Operator presence, folding features etc.

Roles & Responsibility: Product Teardown, Benchmarking, Concept evolution, Cost Data preparation, 3D modeling, Interference analysis, Proto sample manufacture, Fitment trial, Improvements on customer feedback, production Drawing Release, Create Multi level BOM . 



Project Title: Customer Compliant resolving for Husqvarna & MUSA seat. 

Project Description: This Project have done for Husqvarna & M&M low SIP tractors. This seat consists of Scissor link Suspension, Fore & Aft Slider Adjustment Bevel gear type reclining & lumbar support adj. system, OPS, & etc., 

Roles & Responsibility: Solving the problems which are evolved during development & implementation stage. Problem raised at abroad due to improper functioning of OPS through retro fitment & permanent solution creation. 



Project Title: Design & Development of Tractor OEM products.

Project Description: Those projects have done for most of Our Indian tractors like TAFE, Indofarm, Eicher, Escorts etc. Those seats consists of Cantilever type suspension, Height adj. feature, different type of sliding, Armrest etc 

Roles & Responsibility: Designing the product to new customer or new product to existing customer to fullfil their requirements with less number of new parts (ie. Those products are designed for low cost with minimum tool investment) 



Project Title: Design & Development of All JD Export Projects. 

Project Description: These consists of JD Atlas static seat, Atlas suspension (20mm suspension), C & F air & mechanical suspended and static seat for Skid steer vehicle. JD Eztrak static seat for Zero Turn radius garden tractors etc. 

Roles & Responsibility: 

Product Cost Take off (PCTO) design and development. 

Concept Design, Idea generation activities. 

New Product design and development using tools like QFD, DR, DFMEA, control plan etc. 

Product 3D modeling, 2D Detailing, Bottom Up assembly check and Tolerance Loop Analysis. 

Preparation and checking of Product Bill of Materials (BOM). 

Preparation of Design and Test Specification Standards. 

Interacting with the Customer for Design and Sample Approval. 

Followed NPI Process. 

Carryout Product Reliability tests and validating the Results
