Verification of 2D Drawing using GD&T of all parts. 

Validation of Designs with respect to packaging and prototyping. 

Modification in drawings based on the change in process, material and DESIGN & Customer requirements. 

Defining H/W s for mounting. 

Solving a defined problem in design while considering its manufacturability, cost, aesthetic look and comfort-ability. 

Generating and upgrading the bill of material. 



Industrial Exposure/ Training:

Six month industrial training at SONALIKA International Tractors Ltd. Hoshiarpur Punjab (IQC department) 

Six weeks industrial training at International Tractors Ltd. Hoshiarpur Punjab (Engine division)

Project 3: 10 Seater Project, Central locking Actuator & bkt packaging, location finalization.

Detail: Complete the new design of Gear Shift lever boot, Front seat belts, Co-driver seat & other related changes in floor carpets. Manual Central Locking Implemented successfully in Front & Rear doors 



Project 4: Roof linner, Roof rail new design

Detail: New Design done for roof rail & roof linner for sporty look, Release of drawings & Implemented. 



Project 5: Scuff Plates

Detail: New Design done for scuff plates, Release of drawings & Implemented
