Troubles and shooting.

Leading manpower.

Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly ?Production report, mixing of master batch & color pigments records, raw materials pre heating record, m/c & floor cleaning records, fumigation records, on job training record, temperature & humidity records, m/c & mold maintenance records, etc.

Analysis of Mold setting parameters for existing & new product.

Responsible for KAIZEN activity, maintaining 5s,  healthy & good working condition

Responsible for cycle time reduction. 

Machine operating.( Fanuc, Engel, Haitan, Borch, L&T, Jonwai )

Learn about parameter setting.

Learn about processing of plastics material like NYLON, PP (SM498, SRM100NC, H110MA, 684D), ABS (Transparent, natural, excel white), PA, CAP, HDPE, LDPE, K-RESIN, etc.

Capability to handle all types of trouble shooting with remedies.
