Job profile- 

Responsible for Planning of manpower , machine , mould , material according to requirement of assembly production line & customer

Conduct the daily production meeting and give the task to subordinates and take follow up inline with them

Attend the Weekly QRQC meeting and submit the action plan for the defect

Communicate the mould , machine issue to tool maintenance , machine maintenance dept and follow up for actions.

Training given to operators and subordinates for new mould , any machine issue.

Maintain the daily documents ? Mold History book updation ,Setup Approval ,MTS,4M change record, 15 Minutes inspection report, 5S etc.

Validation of mould , machine according to frequency

Trouble shooting on molding problems,Rejection control at shop floor.

Handling overall,in house machining inspection, R & D of components, customer complaints overall plant maintenance etc.

Analysis of product defects.

Resolved Les-er printing issue related to plastic parts.

Rnning the Kaizen and improvement activity and guide the operator for continual improvement.
