Job Profile:

Reporting To?SCM Head

Production Planning & Control:

Monthly & daily machine-wise production planning & Capacity planning.

MRP & Scheduling as per customer requirement.

Bill of Material (BOM) updating & maintenance.

Daily Issue of RM, BOP as per shop floor requirement.?

Release monthly Schedules, Weekly as well as Daily to the Suppliers for Feeding Production Line Smoothly.?

Schedule vs. dispatch analysis & Plan vs. Actual Analysis.

Follow up with Supplier to meet stretched requirements.

Creating and closing work orders for finished goods.

Preparing and maintaining TS Audit document on monthly basis.



Material Planning/Inventory Management:

Preparing material requirement plan as per Production requirement. Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the plant for all items required.

Generating purchase Requisition in plant as per requirement and when inventory levels reach

Reorder levels.

Inventory Management at plant level, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Production and dispatch targets.

Taking Daily follow up of all material as per schedule given to material & Supplier.



Production Control Management:

Conversion of Forecast to Build Plan.

Responsible for preparing yearly budget as per forecasting given by marketing department.

Internal & External Interactions (customers/ suppliers).
