Troubleshooting.

Leading manpower.

Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly ?Production report, PCC (Production control chart) Autonomous check sheet  etc.

Analysis of Mould setting parameters for existing & new product.

Moulding Safety Improvement & confirms the safety factors of the shop.

Responsible for maintaining 5s,  healthy & good working condition

Kaizen in working area & machines.

Responsible for cycle time reduction.

Preparation & executions of new mould trials & preparing the standards   processing parameter sheet.

Making in work instructions of control plans. 

Machine operating. (L&T krauss maffie, Arburg, Mafatlal niggata, Cincinnati Millacran)

Learn about parameter setting.

Learn about plastics material like Nylon, PP, ABS,  PE, PMMA, PC, PPS, PBT, POM, Peek  etc.
