Presently working in an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, which mainly deals with the manufacturing of PVC and HDPE pipes with elastomeric joints.  

Job Profile:

I am in-charge of 40 sub-ordinate employees and the production summary has to be given to the Manager in-charge of production. We produce pipes with various diameters using 16 extruder machines. 



My daily routine includes:

Scheduling for the different size of pipes based on the party and dealer order 

Giving the necessary instructions to my sub-ordinates regarding the day?s work.

Trouble shooting (Extrusion) during the production process.

Overall maintenance of all machines.

Preparing shift-closing chart, which includes production and rework details for each machine.
