Fully Responsible For handling the production, Process, Man power handling, fully operate injection moulding machine and production with qualitatively and quantitative, design of the Equipment, optimization of the process as well as to use the labour efficiently.

Utilities Handled

Man power handling  

All documents which is related with injection moulding process from materials issues to use in moulding and process parameter setting.sops in notification etc. 

Knowledge of injection moulding process and troubleshooting during moulding . 

Basic knowledge of types moulds its parts and assembling & disassembling. 

Good knowledge of Plastics raw materials as commodity, engineering & little specialty   plastics. 

Basic knowledge of Preventive maintenance of mould and machine. 

Knowledge about industrial management,

Knowledge of PPE. 5s. TPM, OEE moulding documents,

Knowledge of related auxiliaries equipment as hopper dozer units.

Knowledge of  ROBOT ,wittmen & stairs setting under processing.
