Job Profile:

Production planning and execution to meet the marketing requirement of different model in plastics furniture and industrial crates.

Responsible for production, maintenance of injection molding machines, mold and Quality of finished goods.

Attend breakdowns of injection molding machines and utilities.

Organizing mould movement as per planning.

Periodical Training to sub-ordinates for process enhancement and motivation.

Arrangement of packing materials for finished goods.

Monitoring material consumption tonnage  as per given targets.

Monitoring and control process parameter to achieve desired quality of product.

Solving technical problem related to processing, moulds and machine.
