Company Profile:Manufacturer of rigid pakaging. Extrusion Blow molding machines with 18 Parisons having a capacity of producing 1.5 to 1.8 lakhs bottles per day per machine. Injection Molding, Ferromatik Milacron 200T, 275T (India) Ferromatik Milacron 450T (Europe) with cube technology for the first time in Asia.

Our prime customers are ReckittBenKiser, Cadbury, Procter and Gamble, GSK, Hindustan Unilever, Johnson and Johnson, Godrej, Amway, Dabur, Emami, Herbalife, Himalaya and L?Oreal.	

Job Profile: 

Looking at the total production of Blow Molding machines.

Maintaining production according to customer?s requirement.

To maintain documents as per company standards (SOP standard) & keeping records.

To maintain quality in running production.

Assisting the superior during Production Audit of Customer.

Maintenance of machines.

To troubleshoot problems in the machines in running production 

Daily update of activities on all data sheets.

To do new mould trial & making mould trial report and machine process standard.

To give proper training to workers about Trouble Shooting, Safety,   

Quality and other activities.

To control breakdown, rejection and to achieve maximum machine  efficiency.

To maintain 5S on the shop floor. 



Training:

CIPET was established by the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.

Undergone practical training on Injection Molding Machines like omega 350, Sigma, JSW.

Undergone training at CIPET, in plastic Materials, Polymer Science, Plastic testing, processing techniques like IM, Extrusion, Blow Molding & Machine Maintenance.
