Company Profile: Auto air conditioning manufacturing company. The company has partnered with Denso & Maruti Suzuki. Manufactures all the key components of an A/C system including compressors, condensers, evaporators , HVAC and connecting elements.

Job Profile: 

Responsible for internal as well as supplier PPAP, control plan audit

Good Knoweldge of Inspection techniques of parts as per drawing and quality standard

Quality documents creation and updation.

Supplier communication and audits.

Customer interaction.

QACM of FG parts in terms of raw material procurement verification to dispatch of FG parts.

Performance testing of parts as per quality standard like salt spray test, pulsation, crimping dia or sleeve rotation, millpore.

Raw material testing reports verification as per comp spects and material testing from outdoor source of testing labs.

Performance check of HVAC e.g Air leakage/distribution/Flow, Stroke length, knob torque, lever push pull force etc

Responsible for closure of open points observed during validation

Looking after one section of Quality independently.
