Job Profile: 

In charge of sales & store.

Preparation of bills.

Preparing Purchase (Local & Import) when required

Preparing report of monthly Sales record when required

Preparing Daily reports & reporting to H.O .

Managing transport for daily sales & purchase.

Maintaining all records of Outgoing, Incoming, Receipts, Issues in the computer & ledger.

Supervising warehousing operations such as receipt, storage, inventory, control & inbound logistics.

Ensuring availability of adequate inventory levels in the stores at all the required times. 

Taking responsibility to resolve customer?s issues if any.

Taking daily RM requirements from customers & arranging the same.

Excise Billing Invoicing:- Can do excise billing invoicing process by using sale order?s functions.

Import/Local Purchase:- Can do any Import or Local Purchase entry in ERP Navision system by using purchase management option?s.

Stock Trf Invoicing:- ?Can do Stock transfer invoicing billing one to other plant by using transfer order management division.?
