One of the leading plastic company in Middle East and yearly production capacity is 400 Million pre-forms. Having different sizes of 13.5 grams to 68 grams with different Neck Finish such as PCO, BPF, OBRIST, SCREW TYPE and 25/30. Maintaining quality in international basis

Responsibility: 

Handling the SPC (Statistical Process Control) and DOE (Design Of Experiment) software for all the products. 

Monitoring the SPC and take corrective, preventive and preventive action on the process and products quality. 

From the SPC set up the process and reduce the variations in PET preform`s process 

With the help of DOE set the process with maximum efficiency and maximum production output. 

Control the Quality as per specification, Monitor and Control NCR - Non-conformity Report. Analysis NCR and Control the repeating defects in products. 

Conducting R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) over QC and Process technicians on measurement systems such as weighing balance, wall thickness (venire caliper and Micrometer). 

Coordinating with Mold maintenance and general maintenance on mold and process problems. 

Doing PARETO CHART ANALYSIS over machine down time, product defects and Machine alarms etc 

Coordinating with Sales departments and planning the production. Making the monthly production report and control the rejection and wastages. Allocating sufficient manpower to production 

Control and maintaining the manpower. 

Achievements Successfully implementing and maintaining SPC programs (Statistical Process Control) in the PET Preforms plant. 

Maintain the Process Sheets record for each product, material and color 

Raised and did DOE analysis (Design Of Experiment) whenever problem comes and management needs. 

Control PET Extrusion sheet process for maintaining AA level in sheet on Al Zamil, Extrusion Division. 

Doing the color calibration and maintaining color for Pepsi, coca-cola and water performs 

Maintained Process Capability on preform weight, AA level etc.
