Production (Injection molding)

Achieving production volume & maintaining quality inspection area.

Analyzing Machine capacity utilization (Daily & Monthly basis)

Responsible for production Monthly, Weekly ?& Daily.

Work in line for proper safety guards and with sufficient protections.

Daily maintain 3c & 5s

Having knowledge of operating, setting Injection molding process setting & Mold setting woojin selex, LG Machines.

Perform investigation and resolve work-in-process Problem.

Responsible for developing new production process methods based on their application and formulation of production.

Handle customer complaints and implement corrective action When necessary to resolve issues.

Supervised the production of job.

Perform trouble shoot of defective parts and adjust accordingly.

Planning daily production activities, analysis of production follow ? up monitoring operations.
