Job profile  -

Managing end-to-end Tool Manufacturing Activities for injection 

moulds for thermoplastic and thermoset plastics.

Working closely with the Technical Service Department in determining 

the manufacturtabilty of the customer shared drawings &

inspection feasibility of the same.

Prepare and submit DFM for customer?s approval before staring the 

Tool desiging process.

Working closely for establishing and implementing the 

manufacturing strategies as well as preparing process cards and 

launching the design file in manufacturing

Coordinating & collaborating with cross-functional teams for 

developing new tools and taking process improvement initiatives

for proper functioning of the operations

Entrusted with the responsibilities of optimizing the new developed 

tool till final release of the component 

Documenting the acquisition form for BOM item of designed tools

Designing, documenting & detailing out all physical aspects of product 

line by generating 3D CAD files and BOMs 

Performing root cause analysis of product quality related issues; 

evaluating possible design solutions to improve cost, quality and 

performance

Closely working on mould modification to ensure smooth 

functioning at production line for existing moulds
