Job Profile: 

Ensuring that processes required for the Quality Management System are established implemented and maintained as per ISO/TS 16949.

Implementation of Dexterity Room to train the new Operators for Process & to improve the skills of existing Operators.

Training to Employees (QA Inspector/ operator) regarding various Quality Tools (Control Chart) & also to Associates regarding Process/Products & Defects Awareness.

Measuring & monitoring the process performance through SPC, MSA, & FMEA other studies.

Initiate, Implement & monitor necessary ICA & PCA for Customer/ In-house Complaints to avoid their reoccurrence through 8D analysis.

Representing the Initiatives taken for Quality Improvement & its effectiveness to top management & also to Customer.

Preparing Inspection Standard (Quality Plan), Layout inspection report, Work Instructions/SOP, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, etc for receiving inspection, process inspection & final inspection as per customer input requirements.

Preparation of PPAP Documents for New Launched Products/ECN at various submission levels according to customer requirements.

Monitoring of Customer PPM, In-house PPM.

Monitoring of Change Management related to 4M in Process.

To check each process operation as per the process quality control plan of the product.

Validating the process parameter sheet.

Verifying and controlling the parameters of Thermoforming, Blow Molding, & High Frequency Welding products.

Responsible for preparing & maintaining required Standards/Documents for Process Quality (line inspection).

Preparing Inspection Report for inspection at various stages as online process inspection & final inspection, PDI Inspection as per customer approved Limit Samples.

Preparation of Initiatives taken for Quality Improvement (Kaizen & Poka Yoke) & its effectiveness monitoring.

Preparation Pareto defect wise & Action plan for top three defects.

Preparing KPI.?
