Job Profile: 

Maintain and monitoring all aspects of ISO& other QMS standard related works and keep updated at the best level.

Responsible for effectively handling of Injection Moulding Operation and achieving OEE targets.

Responsible for Reducing the wastage & scrap during the production.

Responsible for operation with view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets, quality and delivery of products within the time and cost parameters.

To control and minimize rejection by rectifying mould problems, machine problem and by troubleshooting of the process.

Determining the future needs and production capacity for producing required quantities of items on pre-defined standards within financial ?costs .

Shift management and job distribution of entire manpower by utilizing all available resources like machine, mould and manpower.

Ensure that maintenance plans are prepared and followed accurately.

Direct and lead problem solving activities within teams for process improvements.

Planning implementing & executing process improvement initiatives leading new startup and establishing production lines streamlining production activities.

Carryout any other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the immediate superior.

Daily reporting to General Manager operation/Director about all production activities and changes.

Develop and recommend improvements of equipments, procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency of production Department.
