Job Profile: 

To observe the planning and allot the M/c to persons as per manpower availability and standardize the manpower as per M/c plan. 

Referring to communication log book and understand the current situation of the plant like D/T and quality issue in running jobs and to record all these thinks in log book. 

To give proper training of the Jobs to new workers. 

Spreading the awareness among the workers regarding the common quality issues and product requirement.  

Proper observations of the smooth running of the all M/c s with target output. 

To check and ensure to filling of all process parameter and formats and grinding mixing ratio. 

To monitor the productivity as per target sheet and doing efforts to reduce cycle time to get the more productivity

To control the wastage and process rejection during the shift. 

To ensure the smooth and proper handling/storage of the material at the shop floor.

Attending the M/c to trouble shoot the quality issue in the products. 

To attend any other abnormality in the plant and try to find out the solutions. 

To ensure the plant cleaning as per the GMP norms. 

To execute the mould job change over as per quick change over technique. 

To control the power and get maximum output of the manpower by proper supervision. 

To execute the new mould trial and making the standard process parameters for it. 

To do CAPA for customer complaints and rejection analysis.
