Job Profile: 

Planning of the day to day production, resolving the issues related to moulding machine breakdown by coordinating with machine suppliers.?

Effective utilization of all the resources required for moulding.

Experience of handling plastic injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 1000 tons & 2.5 Axis?s, fully pneumatic robot.?

Planning of the shift s for moulding & maintenance supervisors.

Involved in commissioning of new as well as old moulding machines.

Handling breaks down & maintenance of Chillers, ovens, centralized feeding systems, compressors, Robots & Injection moulding m/c etc.?

Also involved in the plastic part welding machine commissioning & maintenance.?

Strive to Increase production with quality products due to moulding by mould, machine, handling system (Robot, convers) with low man power.

Maintaining & keeping all the documentations as per ISO 9001-2008 for production & Maintenance.

Handling break down & maintenance of Rubber Moulding m/c (Make Plus, Desma). Part time Job.
