Job Profile: 

Solve the trouble shooting in the component, & also minor problem in the equipment.

Assist with the equipment set up, mould change & maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, and mould master controllers.

Responsible for Quality Maintenance, material movements, reworking on defected units, rejecting the defected units.

Successful in up-keeping the day to day target quantity wise and also responsible for the Quality aspect using fixture and gauges, rejecting the defected components.

Processing planning, Initiative improvement towards safety work practices.

Updating Preventive Maintenance Activity through feedback of break down history And Implementation of TPM and documentation

Involvement in Kaizen activities.

Observe all safety & environmental procedures & good manufacturing practices.

Responsible for 5?S activities in shop floor.
