Responsible for improving productivity, reducing machine down times, rejection and mould change time.

Responsible for modification in process and other production aids for higher output and continuous improvement in quality.

Maintaining and improving quality as per Customer requirements.

Implementation of new techniques

Reducing rejection with the help of troubleshooting.

To ensure good house keeping.

To set M/c parameters as per process data sheet and to follow.

Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis techniques for eliminating wastages while enhancing plant efficiency and productivity.

Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction and energy conservation, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards & maintaining all related records and documents.

Monitoring the quality of products during the entire production process.
