Manufacturing of New Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures as per tool design standards.

To provide technical assistance for the trouble- shooting of new products.

Tool designing, preparing operation plans, machining estimation time etc.

Assembly of Press tool parts and Mould parts as per their assembly drawings to make complete Press tool and Mould.

Inspection of components developed as per their component drawings

To maintain corrective action in mould or modified.

To give the good quality for customer satisfaction. 

It self to be done lifter, slider, pad, main bedding, pin matching & insert
