Check for first piece inspection & approval for the production start-up as per quality plan, master sample & process parameter sheet.

Prepare In-process inspection quality plan, final inspection quality plan on the basis of customer requirement.

Verification of process as per control plan.

Knows about documentation such as PPAP, SPC, PFMEA & 7QC Tools.

Prepare calibration record of gauges & inspection instrument.

Inspection of incoming material & components (as per design).

Prepare rejection report & communicate with supplier.
