Setting a process parameter to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying & removing the causes of defects. After mould change, Color change, Insert change & Conversion are in Mould. Maintain Standard Cycle time as per MPDS.



Overall Equipment Efficiency above 85%: 

Maintain OEE above 85% by identifying & eliminating the causes of machine breakdown's by taking corrective & preventive actions in order to avoid repeated downtimes.?



Defect %: 

Maintain defect% less than 2.5%, to improve the productivity & quality of process outputs by identifying & eliminating the causes of defects & minimizing variability in process?



Process capability (Cp): 

Maintain process capability constant above 1.33 by eliminating the causes of defects and minimizing the variability in process.



Man Power Handling: 

Arranging the training sessions for the Workers, Machine operators, and Mould changers. Managing the man power as per planning requirements.



Trial: Arranging trial for weight reduction, Material compositions, & Product approval.



Coordinating with dispatch/Packing assembly for production planning.

Planning molding at job workers.

Validation of process at supplier's end.

Reduce the cycle time & molding cost.

Planning to collect the semi finished goods from suppliers as per the dispatch requirements.

Timely corrective action to minimize the defects.

Help supplier for process setting.

Any other job allotted by Management from time to time.
