Sulphuric acid plant - Continuous (DCDA process-Sulphur Based)?

Experienced in performing simple process engineering calculations like mass flow, volumetric flow. Performed Material balance & Energy balance of the plant. 

Experience of working in shift on PLC control system. Handling hazardous chemicals.

Responsible for day to day production activity such as maintaining yield, purity, process?parameters, lab-testing, investigation, quality, consumpt etc.

Responsible for Using all Process of Machinery & equipment of Sulphuric Acid plant like Melter, Furnace, Heat Ex-changers, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, Economizers, Absorption Towers, Vent Scrubber, Cooling Towers, Pumps,  Air Compressors and Blowers.

Responsible for maintaining Laboratory Results of all products.

Very Responsible for Control all Temperatures of Catalytic Converter Beds, Furnace, Waste Heat Boilers, Sulphur Melter.

Working on Oracle based ERP System for Inventory Control and Product Data management

Stack gas pollutes the environment and has adverse effects on human being. So my team suggested a solution that reduces the emissions to a lower level with environmental and economical sustainability. Our team accomplished this project within the given constraints.
