Supplier Quality Dept. Of Super ACE, Venture, ACE, Magic, ACE Zip, Magic Iris (TCF) & now working in assembly shop Vendor quality (ACE Zip & Magic Iris).

Handling the line problem & analysis with counter measure implementation. ?

To resolve Electrical Issues Alternator, Starter motor, Wiring Harness & All types lighting issues come on line.?

Ability to conduct root cause analysis of problems in customer vehicles using 7 QC tools.

Verification and inspection of failed claim parts & warranty parts.

To reduced IPTV and EPV.

Responsibility to done supplier audits.?

Implementation of Kaizen, Maintaining 5S.

Practical implementation of poke-yoke.

Responsibility for case study of Electrical failure in Vehicle.

Responsibility for New Sample and layout inspection.

Implementation of Quality gate, training cell at supplier end as well as part correction as per drawing.

Gives cost reduction idea.

Awareness of RE-PPAP, 7QC Tools, SPC, SAP, 8D, 5S, 5F, PSR and Raising PRR.

Quality inspection at incoming stage according to control plan.
