Production Engineer 

2003 to 2005

Worked with Life Long India Ltd. An ISO -14000, QS-9000 & TS-16949 Certified Company having Turn Over More then 300 Crores / Annum. A leading manufacture unit of injection Moulding Automotive Components, handle assembly of all exciting models, Air cleaner Assembly and speedometer for Hero Honda Motors Ltd. 

Company Dealing with engineering Plastic components and client such as Hero Honda Motors Ltd., Pricol, Electrolux Kelvinator, Indo-Asian,Exide, Hero Motors Ltd. 

Injection Moulding (Capacity from 50 tons ?200 tons) & two vertical machine (Multiplas), Pressure Die casting, Syringe Division, Tool Room. 

Job Profile: 

Overall shift coordination in functioning of production of all the quality products as per the plan. 

Responsible for entire automobile and assembly area. 

Responsible for manpower optimum utilization by proper and effective work allocation in production area. 

To achieve all production targets as per PQCDSM. 

Trouble shooting at any stage of production. 

To ensure mould, m/c & man safety day to day working. 

To ensure best quality with optimum productivity. 

To ensure process control as per SMC. 

Responsible for maintaining 5S on floor. 

To facilitate and control timely mould loading & unloading as per the plan. 

To facilitate new mould trial as per the plan. 

To manage manpower in molding and assembly area. 

To review shift wise utilization, yield, efficiency, PPM & OEE. 

To carryout time to time job training as per requirement & system. 

To supervise KAIZEN activities. 

To ensure documentation of all production records as per the system. 

To ensure proper material loading from centre conveying (SILO). 

Raw material re-conciliation. 

Attend customer complains and find rought causes by why-why analysis. 

Quality circle review meeting.
