Reporting to:Purchase & V.D Sr. Manager

Material Requirement Planning, Scheduling & inventory Control.

Actively involved in the manufacturing unit purchase of Plastic, Rubber & Sheet metal & machining parts.

Follow-up to ensure delivery of quality product on time.

Costing for all child parts (Sheet Metal/ Rubber/ plastics/machining).

Responsible for meeting the organization Savings targets.

Responsible of daily purchase activity of the purchase department

Maintaining PO file (monthly reporting) & documentation filing

Maintaining supplier data base

Monitoring of daily, weekly & monthly inventory according to customer requirement & supplier lead time. 

To maintain minimum inventory level as per requirement.

Cost Reduction through alternate development & by Value Engineering.

Resourcing of parts (existing) to reduce the overall cost.

Interaction with marketing, ppc., quality, assembly, dispatch & accounts.

Next week work plan & last week achievement data capturing and analysis.
