Carrying out perfect changeover for all machines independently and Operation and maintenance of

all Mechanical Equipment's.

Conducting Machineries Schedule Maintenance promptly in time as per service due.

Keenly observing the operation of machine at all times to check the deviation of machines functioning

from normal.

Attending to running problems independently.

Carrying out mechanical maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, validation and monitoring

of production equipment's and facilities.

Carry out routine checks on machinery as directed by plant engineer.

Responsible for production of good quality products.

Machine/product change over?s as required in a minimum time.

Maintaining HACCP, GMP and personal hygiene to International Standards.

Operate as part of the production team to ensure the meeting of set production target.

Operation of any machinery assigned in order to maximize output.

Observation of the performance of machinery and repairing of any abnormal operation.

Relay over the Q.C. Instructions and Responsible to meet Quality Standards.
