Job Profile: 

Inspection Incoming Raw material as per relevant Specification 

All Type cable related Instruments handling & testing (Smoke Density, Oxygen index, Toxicity, Halogen acid gas generation, Rheometer, Infrared Spectrometer, Conductor Resistance, High Voltage Test, thermal Endurance test, Hot set and tensile, Elongation etc..) as per relevant Specification as 

Instruments Calibration Schedule and maintain.

Routine and Acceptance test.

Final testing of cables as per Specification/ Customer requirement. 

Final Inspection of Customer like Suzlon, Wind World, Gamesa, NPCIL, L&T, NAVY, RDSO, Solar Cable Customer, TATA, NTPC etc.

Handling of Internal and External Audit and Customer Visit.

Vendor Inspection Audit for Raw material.

Review of the Supplier test Certificate.

Preparing and maintain the Incoming Raw material Test Report.

Maintaining all type Documents and reports related to QMS ISO 9001:2008 for QC.



Achievement:

Approval of Solar Cable as per TUV Specification 2pfg 1169.08/2007 for Cable Size: 2.5 to 300 mm?)

Approval of Defense Cable as per Standard EED-50-12/13.
