Job Profile: 

Participation in new development activities.?

Resolving problems or troubleshooting of quality problems at customer end.

Minimizing quality defects and helping customer for smooth production with less rejection.?

Accountable for the problem analysis and taking corrective & preventive measures at the In process Quality with mass production.

Overseeing production related tasks including on line inspection, final inspection to minimize the line rejections and final stage rejections.

Responsible for FPA & Hourly inspection reports preparing on daily basis.

Red Bin analysis with CFT team.

Responsible for daily Pokayoke and Gauge check sheet verification.

Discuss with the QC inspectors team with regards to Process Quality issues on Daily basis.

Responsible for monitoring the In-process Production Parts & Rejection PPM .

Responsibility for regular internal Product Audit & Process Audit as per plan & taking appropriate action.

Team member of TPM Team.

Responsible for preparing & submission of PPAP document to customer.?

Carrying out Monthly & Daily basis Training to operator as per Plan.

Responsible For Capability Study (SPC) for Existing & New Product.
