Optimum utilization of machine capacity (P.L.C. controlled extrusion m/cs.) 

Daily shiftwise production, rejection, wastage & downtime mis entry. 

Monthwise production, rejection, wastage & downtime analysis & necessory action for minimising westage percentage. 

Analysis of man & machine efficiency. 

Daily tentative production report work. 

Monthwise power consumption per kg of resin (3.75 to 4.10 kwh/kg).
