Company Profile: Responsible For Design Of Product And Parts (Plastic And Sheet Metal) Using Tools Like DFMA, Tolerance analysis, FEA, DFM etc. Life cycle management. Provides aid in manufacturing of parts at supplier end, and product at the manufacturing line by using jigs and fixtures.

Job Profile: 

Design and development of product, parts, packing and their processes. 

Successful conduction of prototypes, pilots, manufacturing ramping of products.

Providing improvements for manufacturing processes like use of right jigs fixture etc. 

Optimization of parts in the organization, reduction of lifetime cost while robust designing.

Conduction of group meetings and knowledge sharing sessions



Summer Training:

Central Workshop, R.S.R.T.C. 

Where I had undergone a rigorous training of maintenance of the vehicles, their systems like Engine, fuel pumps, chassis, radiators, testing etc.



Project :

Project on Solar Stirling engine.

Under final year project we had made a model of ?Beta Type Stirling Engine? which operates on the principle of differential temperature, in which we had undergone the process of conceptualization, selection of materials, then manufacturing of the components using the facilities available in the workshop, from which making of piston rings, crank shaft, cylinder with in-built fins and specially honing process was very critical but the training in roadways helped out.
