Creation of B-Surface with A-Surface as Input From the Customer.

Checking gap & flushness with surrounding parts.

Parametric CAD modelling as per the Master sections and Tooling feasibility.

A Specific Folder system according to the OEM standards i.e. AUDI, BMW is followed for Data Management of all the parts.

Proceeding with the 3D design of the part, making features like flanges, fixing areas and ribs.

Modifications as per New Styling Surface and Tooling changes.

Drafting as per VW, BMW Standards.?

Designed & Fabrication Of A Single Seater Four wheeler All Terrain vehicle (ATV) for SAE India Event in Catia V5 R19 in 2012.

Designed and Fabricated a Three wheeler Efficient Hybrid vehicle for SAE Efficycle Event.
