Production Engineer Reporting to.-Plant Manager Operation (Prod.) 

From April. 06 Onwards. 

The company is a leading ROPP Caps, Crown Closures & PET Preform Manufacturer manufacturing of PET Performs (28 mm PCO) using a State-of-art Krauss-Maffei Machine using a 48- cavity mould manufactured by Mold and Hot Runner Technology, Germany. & Doing business with several top Indian as well as Multinationals Companies, Exporting to Mauritius, Bangladesh & Nepal. 

Job Responsibilities: - 

Training, troubleshooting and assisting to shift engineer and operators on plastics 

Production, planning & control. Process monitoring & trouble shooting of machine 

And process. 

Carry out process improvement & machinery upgrading. 

Maintenance and repair of the molds and machine. 

Maintain and improve process capability to meet order requirements. 

Create and maintain the quality system of the plant. 

Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operational efficiency of the plant. 

Work closely with internal staff, suppliers, customers & contractors.
