Job Profile: 

Production & Process Implementation:

Proactively involvement in all trials of new development until handover to the production.

Preparing DVP & tooling development for new project, back word to customer specs & time line.

Ensuring that all APQP plan is going as per plan.

Ensuring implementation APQP, PPAP & PFMEA.

Ensuring identification & tractability of process at all locations.

Communication with foreign Tooling vendor.

Project review management organized to insure project on track.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/ quality failures and taking appropriate corrective measures.

Good understanding of Auto parts, responsible for Rubber parts, sheet metal parts development from vendors for over molding components.



Development assurance:

Developing process parameters, testing techniques to improve the quality of the production tools and reducing the rate of rejection and re-work.

Responsible for handling third party inspection, preparing inspection schedules and dispatch of materials.

Involve in SPC activities to control the process & calculate Cp & Cpk, MSA plan in various instruments etc.

Conducting manufacturing process audits, products audits.

To ensure compliance with customer production part approval requirement as per ISO/TS 16946:2002 requirements

Development /Sample Validation:

To develop new components as per customer requirements.

To get the part approval by customers.

To get component approved via different validation test required as per drawing & customer specific requirement.
