Job Profile: 

Handling the manpower control for inspection.

To give first piece approval and standard samples to be referred for the products.

Maintain 5s in work place.

Co-ordinating with production operators to resolve the issue.

Monitor the top defects in weekly basis & highlighted to QA section Chief.

Maintaining all the records and documents related to the department as per ISO 9001.

Focusing Customer complaints in Production line.

Monitor the critical quality parameter in the process to avoid quality rejections.

Pre-dispatch inspection carried out for outgoing materials.

Checking of incoming materials and monitor in report.

Making corrective actions & preventive actions (CAPA) for incoming, online and customer complaint issues.

Capability to create work instruction for any process.

Drop test, Load test, Leakage test, Stackability test, MFI test ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
