Project 1: Upper Trim (Front)

Check input A-surface without any errors make Draft Analysis with reference Tooling Direction.

With use of input surfaces creating closed body.

Create Engineering features at B-side surface with use master section.

Experimental Draft analysis and Generating tooling directions.

Creating B-side features as per requirement



Project 2: Map Pocket	

Consider styling surface as input.

A surface draft analysis in proposed mold direction.

Create Basic Volume by offsetting A surface.

To solve tooling issues check draft analysis.

To add fixations features to according to the customer requirements.

Added strengthening the part.



Project 3: Arm Rest?

Check input A-surface without any errors make Draft Analysis with reference Tooling Direction.

With use of input surfaces creating closed body.

Power copy creation.

Create Engineering features at B-side surface with use master section.

Experimental Draft analysis and Generating tooling directions.

Creating B-side features as per requirement.
