Monitor handle & Supervise Polymer compound testing (Mechanical, Rheological, Thermal analytical, Flammability, color etc) & assurance of product quality

Responsible for Calibration, Verification & AMC of all Lab Equipment 

Responsible to perform & supervise all analytical tests eg. Gas chromatography, UV-Spectrophotometry, Moisture analysis, Waste water treatment testing

Responsible to Maintain all QM module related SAP data eg. Material class, Material 

specification, Material characteristic, Assign COA Profile, Material Test Plan etc

New Raw Material Evaluation & raw material testing & database maintenance
