Job Profile:

Responsible in the overall operations of the sheet production, from material mixing, extruded sheet manufacturing, to packaging.

Responsible in achieving production schedule and ensuring proper use of manpower.

In charge of monitoring the output of the production.

Responsible for reducing non value added tasks that will only increase the manufacturing cost.

Provides solution to various work related problems encountered, recommends measures and initiates continuous improvement processes to enhance production reliability and quality. 

Ensure that production has enough raw materials, packaging materials and operating supplies for manufacturing use, thus avoiding downtime due to unavailability of these items.

Prepares manufacturing reports to inform the management about the production results, consumption of raw and packaging materials, inventory record accuracy, problems encountered and suggestions to improve the operations.
